Mobile App and Kit

The itel Now app is used in the field to help identify, price, and analyze damaged property. Many in-app test submissions require use of the itel Now mobile toolkit.

Physical Sample Submission

itel processes more than 3,000 physical samples in our operations center daily. Service providers can mail in samples of carpet, hardwood flooring, roofing, siding, and more.

Cabinet and Furniture Support

itel’s Cabinet and Furniture solutions, formerly offered under the Renovar name, provide repair vs. replace analysis and access to a national network of wood restoration firms.
