ITEL Customer Service
ITEL's Customer Service Team has one goal: to help make our laboratory results useful to our customers in the claims settlement process. There is no charge for calling and the Customer Service team is encouraged to stay on calls as long as it takes to meet the customers’ needs.
There is no call escalation process because the representatives are well trained in both flooring and insurance. The majority of questions are answered on the first call with no need for follow up so the adjusters and contractors can continue doing their jobs.
Customer Service will also make proactive calls to adjusters if there is something out of the ordinary on a test. For instance, adjusters may receive a call if the condition of the submitted sample prevents full analysis.
From the moment your claim sample is sent to ITEL to beyond the closing of that claim, all ITEL customer service is included on our flat fee. We will always strive to maintain the high level of service our customers have grown accustomed to.
